For 61 years, The Edison Street sale has grown to be one of the most popular neighborhood yard sales in Southeast Michigan. Saturday, June 4, 2022. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Times vary.)
Eight streets. Dozens of sales! Festive atmosphere! Make a day of it! 22433 Edison, 48124 (This is just one address, central in the sale neighborhood, to set your GPS.)
Antiques. Housewares. Furniture. Tools. Toys. DVDs. CDs. Records. Depression glass. Kitchen items. Books. Bikes. Artwork. Jewelery. Sporting goods. Electronics. Cameras. Home décor. Video games. Clothes. Cameras. Lawn mowers. Snow blowers. And more!
Hot dog sale by Cub Scout Pack 1117. Kettle corn sale by Boy Scout Troop 1147. Bake sale to support the Ford Homes Historic District. And fundraisers for other charitable organizations, too.
Bring a wagon, cart or basket. You will find treasures that you just must have!
Sale is Saturday, June 4, 2022, but some homes begin earlier in week and others run through Sunday. Rain date: Sunday, June 5. Rain postponement is highly unlikely, so plan on attending even with sprinkles!
Neighborhood is South of Michigan Ave., east of Outer Drive. (Follow Military or Nowlin under the RR tracks to Beech), East of Outer Drive (take Beech or Monroe East) and watch for signs.
Please drive carefully and watch for the many pedestrians.
