If you’re looking for an unforgettable running experience, 2022 is your year to run in Edinburgh, at one of the many distances available at EMF, including the Full and Half marathons, 'Hairy Haggis' Team Relay, as well as a 10k, 5k and children's races. Taking place over the May Bank Holiday Weekend, the fast and flat route takes in the city’s iconic sights before heading east for the coastline, making Edinburgh the perfect marathon choice whether you’re new to running or have set your sights on achieving a PB.
Sunday 29 May - Take on the full 26.2 miles, the half marathon (13.1 miles), or get together with your friends and take on the Hairy Haggis Team Relay (full marathon distance broken down to four sections for a team of four).
A number of shorter distances are available on Saturday 28th including lots of races for the kids!
Anything you raise through sponsorship for Cruse Scotland will go to ensure adults and children struggling with grief following a bereavement, receive the right help and the right time, giving them hope at a time when future may seem empty.
