Come with us and our expert guides as we give you a flavour of the real Scotland. Eat and drink your way through Scotland’s history and culture on a carefully curated wander through the cobbled streets and historic alleys of Edinburgh.
We’ll start in the Shadow of Edinburgh Castle, sampling our food and drink, some of the best in the world, and we’ll make sure you get your fair share of local delicacies including Scottish cheeses, venison charcuterie, locally roasted coffee, Cullen Skink soup, the fruit filled dessert of Cranachan, street foods and of course, haggis!
Your thirst will be well catered for as well as we sup beer, sample locally pressed Scottish cider and have a truly unique experience as we toast our haggis with a guided whisky tasting in a scene you’ll only find in Edinburgh, in a private whisky snug, hidden away in one of The Royal Mile’s centuries old alleyways.
Our expert guide will delve into stories of Edinburgh’s long history, giving you an idea of what it was like to live in this Mediaeval walled city while also sharing some of the more contemporary stories and points of interest that make this such a wonderful city to live in and visit.
