Scottish Parliament Elections - Meet your EDINBURGH & EAST LOTHIAN PEOPLE candidates. From 6:30PM we are socialising first with pizza! Parking is free in Chambers Street from 6:30PM.
OUR KEY OPPORTINIUTY is that we only need around 25K voters from the Edinburgh & Lothian East Region to give us their vote on the Regional List for us to secure one MSP. This is only 4% of the total electorat of around 650K. This is achievable as everyone has two votes and can vote SNP, Labour, Conservative, Lib Dem or Reform with their Consitituency Vote. Around 50K votes would secure us two MSPs.
OUR KEY OBJECTIVE is to remove the mechanism from politics which allows billionaires to exercise influence over politics by replacing the Party Whip with Direct Democracy. Everyone needs to know that REFORM UK received a £9M donation on the 1st August 2025 from Chrisopher Harborne a defence billionaire. In January 2023 his defence business secured an 80M defence contract just two months after he donated £1M to The Office of Boris Johnston Ltd!
The job in hand is very important and needs as many people as possible to vote for us and to support us.

Too many career politicians start their careers in Freshers Week at University an just don't have enough real-life experience to become our law makers.
Common Sense! Not Left! Not Right!
All people want are common sense policies at which point often people on the Left and the Right will agree. The Left/Right division is often artificial.
Our Policy is the Will of the People!
Once elected, your regional MSP will be bound by an UNCORRUPTIBLE system as they will be bound by the party's constitution to vote as instructed by the members on a vote-by-vote basis.
Our Independence Policy is Neutral
We are bringing nationalists and unionists together locally to fix politics. We do predict that once there is an Independence Referendum on the horizon that members of the party will vote to no longer be neutral. Three months later we will vote to become a nationalist or unionist party at which point we will help the losing team to resign and form a new local party.
Personally speaking this will be the moment my dream comes true as this will sound the death knell for billionaire's influence over politics.
