Cookbook author and Edible Magazine San Luis Obispo writer Brigit Binns, fresh off the launch of her recently released memoir Rottenkid, joins us to lead a demonstration and tasting of three quick, no-cook summer sauces from around the Med: Italian Salsa Verde, Moroccan Charmoula and French Aioli, using the handy food processor. Also featuring Proof & Gather Baking Company breads. Following the demo enjoy a Sinor-LaVallee wine social with the celebrated author. This event is part of the Edible Magazine Summer House.

About Brigit:
Brigit Binns lives and works in the wine country of Central California, and has been lucky enough to turn her passion for food and the great outdoors into a career: Brigit is the author or co-author of twenty-nine cookbooks and editor of many more. Along with her husband actor Casey Biggs (aka '"Paso Wine Man"), she owns and runs the stunning culinary learning center and vacation rental retreat, Refugio Paso Robles.
