Edible Magazine San Luis Obispo invites you to a celebration of the people who keep this county fed - the farmers. This ‘thank you’ lunch for the farmers, alongside all of those who appreciate their hard work, will showcase a sustainable, farm-to-table meal by Lido Restaurant at Dolphin Bay, and wines by My Favorite Neighbor. The event will include a farm share: guests can bring some of their own crop to share, so everyone leaves with a bag full of a variety of produce. Starter produce will be provided by Windrose Farm and Babe Farms. This event takes place at the Edible Magazine Summer House.About the Edible Magazine Summer House:
The Summer House is a celebration of all things culinary, as we bring the pages of the magazine to life at the beautiful La Lomita Ranch. This curated multi-day gathering of experiences is an opportunity to try one-time-only food collaborations; cooking classes; farm shares; dinner parties; media meet-and-greets with Edible magazine staff; chef’s tables; and more, enjoying it all- together.
Proceeds from the Summer House benefit Family Care Network.
