Hosted by Edible Magazine San Luis Obispo’s Managing Editor Aja Goare, this distinctly vegetarian meal showcasing produce from Windrose Farm and Babe Farms will be thoughtfully paired with La Lomita Wines. Prepared and paired by Edible’s in-house chef and recipe developer Rachel Ponce of Pair With and Frunchroom, with special tastings of Proof & Gather Baking Company breads, SLO Olive oils, Etto’s fresh pasta and Brown Butter Cookie Company treats. Dinner guests will enjoy live screen printing by The Bunker SLO for customized Edible Magazine totes. This dinner is a part of the Edible Magazine Summer House.Please note this event is entirely outdoors, so please dress and plan accordingly.

Syrah Pair With kombu-cured watermelon crudo sweet peppers, tomato water, aioli, cilantro oil, onion microgreens, toasted amaranth
Estate Grenache Pair With summer pasta
Fresh local produce, candied lemon, “bacon” bites, goat cheddar, local olive oil
Chardonnay Pair With sweet brie phyllo wrap
About the Edible Magazine Summer House:
The Summer House is a celebration of all things culinary, as we bring the pages of the magazine to life at the beautiful La Lomita Ranch. This four day gathering of experiences is an opportunity to try one-time-only food collaborations; cooking classes; farm shares; dinner parties; media meet-and-greets with Edible magazine staff; chef’s tables; and more, enjoying it all- together.
Proceeds from the Summer House benefit Family Care Network.
