EDGU is a spinal movement maintenance practice and guided meditation. Similar to Tai Chi EDGU is accessible for all levels. The practice can be done seated or standing. It works on the spine and discs while moving the arm and shoulders through all possible actions.Community members are welcome to join this special offering without purchasing an additional day pass, however they will only be allowed access to the facility for the time of the workshop.
