Enjoy a gentle flow yoga class in the morning and continental breakfast, followed by a self-empowering Dharma Talk on Embracing the Divine Feminine.

In the evening, a Yin/Nidra class including Reiki will be offered along with a closing circle, allowing you to leave blissfully relaxed and rejuvenated.
During the breaks and up until 9pm, participants may utilize the Sky Bar (which boasts 2 large outdoor patios) and enjoy wonderful views of the Capitol and Lake Mendota. Option to order food/beverage to be brought to the Sky Bar.

10am – 11am – Gentle Yoga Flow Class with Katy
11am – 11:30am – Continental Breakfast (included in cost)
11:30am – 1pm – Dharma Talk on Embracing the Divine Feminine with Terri *(Workshop description below)
1pm- 4:30pm – Break for Lunch, Spa, etc.
4:30pm- 6pm- Yin/Nidra Class including Reiki with Katy and Terri/Closing Circle
