Join us at Velvet Rose for a late-summer happy hour inspired by the best of the farmers market. Chef Gabi is letting the season lead the way, building a menu around what’s at its absolute best right now. Think ripe summer produce, bright flavors, and simple dishes that let great ingredients speak for themselves.
Expect a rotating menu of farmers market-driven bites featuring the flavors of late summer, from juicy plums and sweet corn to fresh okra and whatever else catches Gabi’s eye at the market that week.
This is a relaxed, come-and-go happy hour. Grab a plate, order a cocktail, and settle in for golden hour above the coast.
Chef Gabi, winner of Next Level Chef, is known for her intuitive, ingredient-first approach to cooking. Guided by what is fresh, local, and in season, her food feels creative and elevated without ever being fussy.
