Eden Elf School 2022 - High Wycombe's FAVOURITE festive event is back...

Eden Elf School is celebrating its 8th Year in 2022, opening its doors from Saturday 3rd December to Saturday 24th December, and welcoming a new intake of 'Elves in training'...

For only £2.50 per child, visitors are invited to enjoy an enhanced & immersive festive experience, not only learning the ropes but also officially joining the ranks of Santa’s helpers, receiving festive treats & graduating as a fully-fledged Elf!

Kicking off with an 'Elf Transformation Station', little ones will be given a full festive makeover with rosy cheeks and pointy hats before learning their Elf name!

Once they’re ready for an 'Elfie selfie', they'll spend time at each of the Elf School activity stations and mastering the most important Elf skills. From visiting the North Pole Post Office, learning a Festive Craft, and finally, exploring the Elves Toy Shop - with the chance to WIN an exciting prize. PLUS...if they're very good students, there might be an appearance from someone* VERY special...

Once they've ticked off all the tasks on the Elf Class list, they'll be rewarded with their very own Elf School graduation certificates, & a tasty treat, just in time for Christmas.

*Please note, Santa will be making a virtual appearance during the event, he will not be attending in-person...

Tickets for Eden Elf School can be pre-booked and paid for using the Eventbrite ticket system. The £2.50 ticket cost includes all booking fees. Tickets will be emailed to you once your booking is confirmed.

Walk-in / On the day tickets may be available in accordance with booking demand.

Please only book ONE SPACE per CHILD. Adults DO NOT need to book a space for themselves. Babies in attendance, alongside an older sibling, do not need a ticket.

Bookings:

‘Eden Elf School 2022’ has been split into 45min time slots, with space allocated for 22x participating 'Junior Elves' per session. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your session time, to ensure you capture the full immersive Elf School experience.

Please book ONE SPACE per CHILD. Adults DO NOT need to book a space.

Booking Amends - Refunds / Cancellations:

If you need to change the date or time of your Elf School tickets, please DO NOT purchase NEW tickets. Simply request a TICKET TRANSFER by messaging our team through Eventbrite and we will arrange this for you, providing there is space available in your preferred session.

Rather than asking Elf School visitors to pay Eventbrite ticket booking fees, Eden are absorbing these costs. ALL tickets purchased are subject non-refundable Eventbrite booking fees and we are only able to issue refunds for ticket costs, minus the non-refundable 70p per ticket booking fee, which is retained by Eventbrite on all ticket sales.

To minimise Eden paying extra booking fees, PLEASE request a TICKET TRANSFER.

Age Suitability:

This experience is suitable for all ages. Whilst younger children may not be able to complete all the specific activities, they will still be invited to participate as normal.

Additional Needs Sessions:

We invite families requiring additional support to book during our final time slot (4pm – 4.45pm) on Sunday 4th, Sunday 11th & Sunday 18th December when Eden is a little quieter and the children can be allowed more time to complete the activity.

No access will be given to visitors unless they have paid / pre-booked or allocated a paid ‘walk-in’ space by our Elves. Please bring a copy of your booking receipt email with you to show confirmation.

Toilet & Baby Changing Facilities:

Toilet & baby changing facilities are available within Eden Shopping Centre – with the closest public facilities situated close to the Customer Services desk in the Welcome Hall. These can be found close to Kid’s Corner.

COVID Procedures:

‘Eden Elf School 2022’ has been designed to be fully COVID-compliant and also ensure that customers feel safe & secure during their participation with the activity.

- Staggered start times/booking slots have been implemented to help with queuing.

- Eden Elf School 2022 will be held in a large space with limited numbers of attendees, allowing for appropriate social distancing.

- Hand Sanitiser will be readily available throughout the event space & visitors are welcome to wear face masks if preferred.
