✨ *Night of Expression and Dance at Alchemia Studio* ✨

Join us as we launch our new series at our beautiful studio space, Alchemia Studio.

This special night will be a celebration of expression, dance, and community in a more intimate setting, designed to complement our larger monthly dances.

each dance medicine will feature a warm up, Edance Dj set, and closing sound journey and we will be incorporating our headsets to have other channels of sounds to explore in our garden and cafe.

We'll dive into somatic alchemy, guiding you to connect deeply with your body through breathwork and slow, sensual stretches. Afterward, you'll experience the freedom of dancing in a free-flowing, expressive manner, and we will conclude the night with deep relaxation and sound healing.

Come and immerse yourself in a night where movement, music, and healing converge. Let's dance, connect, and elevate together.

This dance medicine will feature DJ Oatmeal and Sound Integration artist Alex

"DJ Oatmeal @PoetLawrence is an international Ecstatic Dance producer, performance artist, and spoken-word poet. Based in Brooklyn - he founded The Sabbath Dance - a New York City dance community rooted in Jewish mysticism. His career recently took him to Asia where he spent six months sharing music across the continent. Before that, he worked for two years helping rural communities in East Africa share stories about hunger and climate change. As an artist, he spent years as part of the staff at New York Theater Workshop (Rent, Hadestown) and has worked on productions that have won various Tony Awards and a Pulitzer Prize. As a performer he has shared work at Electric Forest in Michigan, poetry clubs in Paris, music festivals in Thailand, beachside raves in Goa, and beyond."

"Sound Integration by Alex @lightbyalex, a Peruvian artist passionate about creating medicine music and mantras. His journey took him to India, where he has been living the last years playing in the ecstatic dance scene and ceremonies. Now in New York, he continue to share his art, offering a musical experience that seeks to connect with the essence of the soul thru the power of sound."
