As the Winter Solstice marks the longest night and the return of the light, join us in sacred ceremony to honor this pivotal point on the wheel of the year. The invitation of this season is to slow down, draw inward, and reflect as we gather in a cosy studio with underfloor heating to share a ceremonial dose of winter-spiced cacao.
As the cacao merges with your system, we will awaken both the body and the heart with carefully curated somatic practices, guiding you into deep connection with your embodied experience. Through somatic release, embodied dance, and sound therapy, you’ll have the opportunity to liberate stagnant energy and activate your innate healing abilities. Moving to a primal playlist, you’ll dance in rhythm with your inner nature, unlocking a profound sense of freedom.
This immersive journey is designed to take you deeply within, offering a sacred space to restore, reflect, and reconnect with your body, spirit, and the energy of the Winter Solstice.

What to Expect:
🌹Ceremonial Cacao Activation: Open your heart and connect with your body through sacred chocolate medicine, awakening to presence and love.
🌹Ecstatic Somatic Dance Journey: Explore embodied sensuality and freedom through movement and breath.
🌹Sound Bath: Experience deep rest and transformation through the vibrations of Pluto and Chiron gong.
🌹Closing Circle: An opportunity to share or to simply listen to your sister’s experiences, with grounding organic nuts and seeds to nibble on.
🌹Community Connection: Space for reflection and connection with women-kin, providing a sense of belonging and grounding.
🌹Integration Circle via Zoom: A follow-up session on Friday 27th December, 11:00-12:30, to further deepen your experience.
