As the Autumn Equinox invites us to reflect on the summer's bounty and gather our resources from the final harvest, join us in a sacred ceremony to honour this transition and connect deeply with ourselves at this turn of the wheel.
This immersive journey is crafted to activate your innate healing abilities, liberate stagnant energies, and awaken a profound sense of freedom from within. Through somatic release, embodied dance, and sound therapy, you'll be guided to awaken your animal body to an epic primal playlist.

You'll be held and guided through a Cacao Activation, leading into a sensual somatic exploration and an Ecstatic Somatic Dance Journey. This active experience will seamlessly transition into a sound bath, where the healing vibrations of Venus and Neptune planetary gongs will support deep rest and integration.
🌹 Ceremonial Cacao Activation: Open your heart and connect with your body through sacred chocolate medicine, awakening to presence and love.
🌹 Ecstatic Somatic Dance Journey: Explore embodied sensuality and freedom through movement and breath.
🌹 Sound Bath: Experience deep rest and transformation through the vibrations of Venus & Neptune gongs.
🌹 Closing Circle: An opportunity to share or to simply listen to your sister’s experiences, with grounding organic nuts and seeds to nibble on.
🌹 Community Connection: Space for reflection and connection with women-kin, providing a sense of belonging and grounding.
🌹 Integration Circle via Zoom: A follow-up session on Wednesday 25th September, 18:30-20:00, to further deepen your experience.
