Enroped Contact Improv:
Step into the enchanting world of Enroped Contact Improvisation, where the art of dance meets the transformative power of rope. This unique laboratory blends ecstatic dance, contact improvisation, and Authentic Movement, creating a vibrant tapestry of self-discovery and emotional expression. Within this practice, the ropes symbolize more than just physical movement—they embody the essence of human connection. As dancers manipulate the ropes, they explore the complexities of relationships, from trust and cooperation to conflict and resolution. Each twist and turn mirrors the intricate dance of human connection, inviting participants to navigate the rhythm of human interaction.

Ooooooo Ooooooo, DJ White Owl here! I am excited to share my frequencies with you all on August 22nd at Vali Soul Sanctuary! I have been performing as a DJ out here in Colorado for two years now and have been invited to DJ events such as weddings, private events, silent discos, silent yoga events, ecstatic dances and corporate events and am currently taking courses at KMG Academy for music production. DJing ecstatic dances always bring me joy we are heal ourselves through frequencies and movements and am looking forward to sharing this experience with you all. NEW Fireflow Dojo with lovely coral, from 8:30 - 10:00 p.m. Our weekly Tuesday events invites all enthusiasts to join a vibrant community dedicated to mastering the art of fire flow and movement. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a curious beginner, our inclusive space encourages learning, collaboration, and the exploration of your inner fire. Join us for an exhilarating experience where flames intertwine with discipline, creating a harmonious blend of creativity and skill. ?What Music is played at an Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic dance can be very diverse. It requires that the DJ be able to weave together a wide range of styles and tempos. Generally you can expect music in the electronic genres, especially Bass, House, Tribal, EDM, and Trap.

In the spirit of Ecstatic Dance, we follow three simple guidelines:
1. We Dance barefoot, allowing us to connect more deeply with the Earth. Socks are also acceptable if needed for health reasons.
2. We Dance without words, embracing the power of body language and cultivating a meditative state. There will be no verbal instruction from the facilitators, and we kindly ask dancers not to engage in conversation.
3. We Dance as We Are, creating a space free from external distractions. We encourage you to be yourself, without the need for drugs/alcohol, phones, cameras/videos, strong scents, expectations, judgments, shoulds, or oughts. Let's honor ourselves, the space, and each other with respect.
