Encourage Self-Expression: Feel free to express yourself fully and creatively. This is your time to explore and enjoy your unique movement.

Mindful Awareness: Be aware of others around you. Dance with intention and sensitivity to the collective energy of the group.

Respect Physical Space: Avoid physical contact unless it is invited or consensual. Maintain a comfortable distance from other dancers. Practice respect.

Non-Verbal Communication: Communicate through dance and body language rather than verbal conversation.
