Join us for a ecstatic night of fun and dancing at Casa Mannabliss! Get ready to let loose, tune into your body and groove to the beats of organica and tribal dance music. This is the place to be on Friday night! Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just want to shake off the stress of the week, Ecstatic Friday is the perfect way to kickstart your weekend. So grab your friends and get ready to dance like nobody's watching!

Ecstatic Friday is an ecstatic dance event offered twice a month at Casa Manabliss in Delray Beach Florida. A Cacao beverage is served complimentary with admission to help open you up and music begins at 8pm. DJ Set typically closes with short sound bath around 9:30pm. We often have a local musician share an acoustic song at beginning of closing circle and then we like to give each guest an opportunity to express themselves before closing the circle @ 10pm

Konscious Kitchen in usually in the lobby serving food for those who are hungry. Additional beverages in lobby fridge and also filtered water available for free in studio space.

Ecstatic Dance - 3 Simple Guidelines

1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)

This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)

If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK

2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)

This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State

No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators

No Talking from the Dancers

3. We Dance as We Are

No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.

7:30pm Doors open /settle in / Cacao /Food available (Konscious Kitchen)
8pm Music Begins
8-9 pm - First Wave
9:30 pm Closing Circle
10pm Completion

DJ: Pranava

Is a sadhaka, song-writer, and ethno-mixologist inspired by many cultures around the globe, he delivers a fun yet powerful spiritual experience through his music and sets. Pranava's sets are an eclectic mixture of sounds from soundscaping frequencies and healing vibrations, to mantra and medicine music, infused with African, Cuban, and Brazilian rhythms. His sets are influenced by the five rhythms of dance and he is an avid believer in the healing properties of dance.

Influences: Raio, Mose, Savej, Equanimous, Yemanjo, Murray Kyle, Xavier Rudd, Krishna Das....
