To deepen the journey, we’ll share delicious ceremonial-grade cacao, with a short, heart-opening cacao ceremony and guided meditation facilitated by Seth: helping us drop into our bodies, open our hearts, and set a positive intention for the night ahead.
No dance experience needed.

✨ The Journey
We begin by arriving in the body, with an optional Kundalini Meditation (5:50–7:00pm) for those who want to drop in early.
From there, the Ecstatic Disco journey unfolds:
A guided movement warm-up → our heart-opening cacao ceremony & connection ritual → a slow build into a euphoric, high-energy dance peak → softening into spacious, grounded integration → closing together with a gentle landing and fruit social.
The music moves across electronic, disco-infused, funk-rich soundscapes, designed to take you out of your head and into your body: with live percussion woven in at key moments to ignite rhythm and release.
