This special all-women Sankalpa Flow is created by women of the Sankalpa ecstatic dance team, for women — to celebrate connection, expression, and empowerment through movement, ritual, and community.

We begin with a colorful clothing swap —bring some clothes you dont need and find something new to dance in! 💃

Afterwards, we gather for a heart-opening Sankalpa ceremony with cacao, intention-setting, and live music by Jen Eireen, followed by an Ecstatic Dance set with Musiphile — a journey of rhythm, freedom, and joy.

We close the evening with sound healing, fruits, and a cozy community jam — stay, share, sing, and unwind together. 🍇🎶

✨ This is a smoke-free, alcohol-free, and substance-free space — open to all who identify as women.

✨ No dance experience needed — just bring your curiosity and open heart.

To access the hall, please use the blue gate to the left of the main entrance to the building and walk down the path.

🌿 If money is tight, please reach out beforehand — helper spots are available (messages on event day can’t be answered).

Jen Eireen
Jen Eireen is a multidisciplinary artist, musician, and facilitator weaving sound, symbolism, and ceremony into soulful experiences. Guided by intuition and ancestral wisdom, her work bridges the mystical and the tangible. She will guide the cacao ceremony and share live music to open the night.

Ram is a passionate facilitator, musician, DJ, and meditation teacher dedicated to creating transformative spaces for healing and self-discovery. With a background in Kundalini Activation, medicine and mantra music, and dance and movement practices, he weaves music, ritual, and embodied presence into every experience. Ram holds space with grounded warmth, guiding participants through journeys of inner awakening, soulful connection, and joyful expression.
