Step into a space where your body leads, your spirit speaks, and your soul remembers.
This immersive ecstatic dance workshop is a somatic journey of self-expression, emotional release, and spiritual reconnection. Designed for movers of all levels and backgrounds, this is not a performance, it's a ritual of liberation, an invitation to shed layers, break patterns, and reclaim your wild, uninhibited self.
What to Expect:
Opening Circle & Grounding Practice-
Begin with a guided meditation and gentle somatic activation to land in your body, release the day, and open to presence.
Intention Setting & Breath work-
Set a personal intention for your movement journey, followed by breathwork to awaken your life force and connect to inner rhythm.
Ecstatic Dance Journey-
Move freely through a curated multi-phase soundscape—starting slow and spacious, building into tribal beats and primal pulse, and closing with soft integration. No choreography. No judgment. Just you and the music.
Expressive Movement Invitations-
Optional cues and themes may be offered to help you explore different textures of embodiment: sensuality, rage, joy, grief, surrender, stillness, and play.
Closing Circle & Integration-
Drop into stillness with deep rest or journaling. Share reflections, if you feel called, and seal your experience in community.
