Ecstatic Dance with Cacao Ceremony & Kirtan

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement experience where you express yourself through dance, without judgment or choreography.

Our ecstatic dances take you on a JOURNEY through rhythms with music from all over the world - in harmony with the LIVE BEAT OF DRUMS.

It’s a musical WAVE which starts softly, building momentum to allow you to let loose and shake it off ecstatically, before slowing down again to arrive in a state of inner peace and bliss.

Starting with a heart-opening CACAO CEREMONY - an ancient medicine - which helps us to connect deeper with our body and senses and invites a loving awareness.

Transitioning into a SACRED SINGING CIRCLE with Kirtan where we unite with the sound of our voices and create a collective atmosphere.

Who can participate?
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or new to ecstatic dance, never experienced a cacao ceremony or Kirtan before, this event is open to ALL who want to connect with their bodies through music, movement and singing and to let loose in a SAFE SPACE.
It's an invitation to have a great time :-).
No experience necessary - just bring your open heart and get ready to dance freely (barefoot)!
Join us on Sat Dec 07, 2024 at St. Augustines Hall for celebrating life consciously with ceremonial cacao, singing and dancing.

Our event starts at 19:00, and doors open 30 mins before.

Please make sure to arrive on time to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Venue is 13 minute walk from Wembley Park Station (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines).

If you arrive by car, there is some parking available at the venue.

Who are we?
My name is Pav and together with my wife Janina we are 'Sacred Path to the Heart' and we offer regular conscious events in Germany and Luxembourg.

To me, music has always been more than a mere arrangement of notes—it’s a potent medicine, a healing force. I firmly believe in the therapeutic essence of dance; it's a language of the body, a primitive expression of emotions and energies. I carefully curate playlists with the intention to inspire participants to move in new ways, to invoke emotions, to let out their inner child and to help them let go of what no longer serves. My sets will likely include fusions of world music, drawing inspiration from the vibrancy of African and Middle Eastern vibes, organic downtempo, folktronica, DnB, house, electro swing, timeless classical music, and everything in between.

Janina is a yoga teacher, trauma informed coach, singer and sacred space holder.

She is excited to share her unique style of heart-centered cacao ceremony with soulful singing to open you up for a deeply transformative experience.
