Welcome to Ecstatic Dance – a global movement where open-hearted humans from all walks of life come together to move, feel, and be fully ALIVE. Whether you're 8 or 80, this space is for YOU.
Guidelines we follow on the dance floor:

* Be clear – No alcohol or drugs

* Be free – Dance however you feel
* No judgments – Be your authentic self ❤️
🕖 Doors open at 7:00 PM - Enjoy calming, meditative music to stretch, ground, and arrive (in silence).
🕢 At about 7:20 PM the dance journey begins!
🧘♂️ Around 8:50 PM we cool down and rest with sweet meditative sounds and mini gong-bath
We close with a sharing circle – speak or just be.
