Be welcome to dance barefoot in Utrecht at Studio Monseigneur
? Ecstatic Dance ?
A free form dance meditation. Slow sensitive music to tribal beats. We invite Ecstatic Dance DJ's to create musical journeys where you can sink deeper into the dance, express yourself and connect to others.
The evening is a co-creation of the DJ, ceremony leader and the team. During the 30min opening workshop you arrive in your body and re-discover your natural inner dancer. This dance is open for all levels and people. You don't need any dance experience to join.
Guidelines:
➡️ We dance barefoot
➡️ Let your body speak - No talking on the dance floor, meditation in movement
➡️ Natural high - no alcohol or other intoxication, we gather to dance.
➡️ Respect others - it's not a hunting ground

His DJ sets are a melting pot of sounds and styles, mixed into a musical journey sprinkled with love. Sefrijn plays at many Ecstatic Dance locations all around The Netherlands and beyond. The sounds invite you to listen deeper and express YOUR dance. Ranging from African percussion to melodic EDM, a bit of disco and jazz, singing monks, jungle sounds and many other worldly discoveries.
