Ecstatic Dance Unity embraces three simple, yet profound guidelines to foster deeper connections and transcendent experiences.

1. We dance barefoot, allowing our souls to merge with the earth.

2. We dance without words, communicating through the universal language of movement.

3. We dance as we are, embracing our authentic selves in a judgment-free space.

We commence the evening with a sublime sound healing session, orchestrated by . This harmonious beginning attunes our hearts and minds to the cosmic vibrations permeating the event.

Throughout the night, indulge in divine refreshments such as sacred cacao elixirs, herbal tonics, and nourishing organic food and snacks. Local live painting artists will weave their creative magic, crafting an immersive tapestry of visual delights as we dance the night away.

Explore the enchanting offerings of local vendors, and immerse yourself in the healing sanctuary of our dedicated tea service room, where you can experience transformative modalities like massage therapy. Ecstatic Dance - 3 Simple Guidelines

1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)

This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)

If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK

2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)

This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State

No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators

No Talking from the Dancers

3. We Dance as We Are

No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.

The Organ Pavilion Parking Lot and the lot at Inspiration Point are both spacious and within a short walking distance of the venue. Additionally, you may find street parking along Pan American Road West and adjacent streets, although it might be more limited. Be sure to arrive early, observe any posted parking restrictions, and respect the neighborhood when parking on residential streets.
