Join us for a dance in honor our of our ancestry. *Bring a photo of a loved one you've lost, if you feel called. There will be an ofrenda co-created by Raven Garcia + Sol Amor, we hope you will participate by bringing a photo or an object that represents your lineage.
We will dance for those who came before us,
for those who will come after,
and for the courage to step into our roles as ancestors of the future.

What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement practice designed to ignite transformation. No choreography, no steps to follow. We invite you to discover the healing power of the body’s natural wisdom. We hold an intentional space that allows you to fully express yourself in a supportive community container.
