About this Event
The Dance Revolution Has Begun!
Join us on Sunday to move, heal, release and refill as we guide you back on to the dance floor and into a deeper connection yourself....
Without judgement, without constriction, we allow ourselves to be moved by the music. Out of the mind and into the body!
This is your journey, you decide where it can take you....
Our session begins with a cacao ceremony followed by a facilitated grounding meditation then, we dance!
DJ Fizzy Palava will be serving up a Shamanic Ritual welcoming in the energies of the night, the shadow and the dark. Journeying through gentle connection to wild fire, through the cosmos and back again. Release and refill. Expect high intensity tribal percussion, psy-trance, dub beats, deep rhythms and Global flavours!
Following the 1.15 hour set will be a chance to cool down and integrate in a sound bath meditation <3
Cacao, the raw, purest form of chocolate, is traditionally and ceremonially used as a plant medicine in South America because of it's heart opening effects. We start our journey here to allow us to access our authentic truth and drop out of our head and in to our heart <3

- Keep the silence, speak with your bodies rather than words
- Let go of expectations and allow yourself to be present
- Dance barefoot where possible to ground and release
- No spectating, if you're on the dancefloor your must be dancing
- Alcohol/ drug & phone free fun
Q&A
- What kind of music do we play? Our Djs have their own unique style but you can expect global influences, tribal percussive beats and electronic wobblerz with the odd familiar banger thrown in
- What to wear? Comfort is the most important thing to think about
- Are children welcome? Absolutely, under 12's are free and our events are family friendly affairs
