Ecstatic Dance San Diego is Back Friday, October 29th!After another very long break from the dance floors we are very grateful to be gathering once more in this sacred journey. Join US in Pt. Loma for Ecstatic Dance San Diego!!
Ecstatic Dance is a Tribal Movement, a Sacred Space for you to explore, unwind and unfold your true expression.
Come be held by the dance floor, the music and the community, connect non-verbally with yourself and others and tap into the magic of this liberating movement space.

YO RIDER was born and raised in San Diego. He is not just a DJ, but also a music producer. His passion began when he got struck with Cancer in 2010.
Yo Rider is a versitle DJ and Producer and is known for his skill in multiple genres. Prepare for a journey of bassy psychedelic music full of deep sounds, soulful intention and movement inspiring rhythms.

Ecstatic Dance Guidelines

2. No talking on the dance floor
3. Respect yourself and one another
4. Ecstatic Dance is a Drug & Alcohol Free Space
5. Please also refrain from photos, video, strong scents/perfumes and shoes on the dance floor.
Many people dance in their own space, and others share their space with another.
To engage in a dance with someone, use sensitivity: Are they open to sharing their space with me? Mirror movements, offer a hand, brush by, make eye contact, and see & feel how they respond...
