Ecstatic Dance & Conscious Movement on Delray Beach.WHAT TO EXPECT:
In this 90 minute practice, you can arrive on-time and draw Oracle Cards that will give you messages. Set an Intention. Then begin with a warm-up: You can bring a sheet or Yoga mat if you prefer.
As the music picks up, you will naturally begin to move with the beat of the music. You will receive light guidance as the facilitator holds space for everyone to feel safe to dance and move freely.
You will be kindly guided through the Seven Somatic Embodiment Practices and Alchemical Chakra Sounds that Awaken each of the Seven Energy Centers.
The practice ends with a slow flow cool down, where you can once again find a yoga mat or blanket as you naturally become meditative on the Beach.
If you'd like to bring a journal, you can write any inspiration from your dance journey after the practice.
