As the music guides us through the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Wind & Spirit, explore how movement heals & connects us.All bodies & all abilities welcome. Movement has no right or wrong. Moving our bodies in this space is not about coordination, performance, skill, or grace - we are not concerned with how we look, but what feels good and how we can use physical expression to explore our inner world.
