Description: Step into a supportive space designed to help you heal mistaken beliefs, release unresolved stress and trauma, and reconnect with your innate wholeness. Through the powerful Six Steps to Freedom method and somatic practices like breathwork, movement, and visualization, you’ll gain tools to shift your perception, heal emotional triggers, and practice self-forgiveness. This workshop invites you to explore self-discovery, empowerment, and emotional freedom while honoring your unique journey in an inclusive and non-dogmatic environment. Join us to reclaim your truth, heal old wounds, and embrace the fullness of who you are.
* Arrive by 7pm to participate in the workshop. Entry will be closed after the workshop starts.
