**Ankommen 19 Uhr, Ecstatic Dance 19:30 bis ca 22:00**
Erlebe eine phantastische Tanzreise mit der erhebenden Energie von frisch komponierten, mehrstimmigen Mantra-Arrangements; Live gesungen vom Mantrachor Zürich und begleitet von einem live String-Quartet und einem Perkussions-Trio.
Dich erwarten mystische, zarte Melodien, die sich in herzerfüllte Mantra-Gesänge steigern und treibende Rhythmen in einer schillernden Fusion aus westlichen und östlichen Harmonien.
Indrani wird eine Kurz-Einführung und ein körperliches Warm-up anleiten.

Experience a fantastic dance journey with the uplifting energy of freshly composed, polyphonic mantra arrangements; Sung live by the Zurich Mantra Choir and accompanied by a live string quartet and a percussion trio. You can expect mystical, delicate melodies that escalate into heartfelt mantra chants and driving rhythms in a dazzling fusion of western and eastern harmonies.
Indrani will lead a short introduction and physical warm-up.
Schedule:
Arrive at 7:00 p.m., start at 7:30 p.m. until around 10:00 p.m
Bring along:
loose, light exercise clothes; we dance barefoot or with socks. come as fresh and unscented as possible. Water bottle.
