We'll begin with a guided vocal warm-up to release tension, open inner space, and connect with ourselves and others through playful exploration of voice and movement.
Next, we'll sing beloved soul songs, exploring themes of human experience, self-love, and self-trust through shared sound and movement. Finally, we'll transition into an Ecstatic Dance LIVE concert featuring live and electronic music by Transformuse.
Through guided dance meditation and curated beats, you can embody your authentic self and potentially reach an ecstatic state of self-discovery. Join us to experience the joy and transformative energy of singing and dancing. Come as you are, release expectations, and rediscover the fusion of voice and movement.
