VSyogaFlow and DJ Jedi invite you to a powerful evening of Ecstatic Dance — a space where movement becomes meditation and music becomes medicine.

This is a place to release the rational mind and soften the sleepless ego. Simply dance and let the music move through you, transforming your body into its purest expression of energy.

As the rhythm unfolds, thoughts begin to fade.
You drop into the present moment.
You feel calm, grounded, and deeply connected to your body.

There are no steps to learn and no choreography.
Your body creates the dance that is uniquely yours.

Move freely:

• slowly or quickly
• rhythmically or chaotically
• standing, sitting, or even lying down

This is a judgment-free space where expression, presence, and authenticity are welcome.

Soft lighting.
A calm, immersive environment.
Music that ebbs and flows like waves.

The dance journey lasts approximately 2 hours, guided by an intentional musical arc that gradually builds energy and gently brings us back to stillness.

We will close the evening together with a restorative meditation and integration moment.

To support grounding and connection, we will share:

• quiet space to integrate
