Let us dance and explore the archetype of The Mother— fertility, compassion, abundance, safety & security. Conception, gestation, nourishment, growth, birth… Unconditional LOVE.•
While relationships with our own mothers may be beautiful or complicated, the archetype of “Mother” is something we can call in to empower and support us on our journey. In this dance journey together we will intentionally soften into an exploration of Mother— in whatever way we are led— biological, Mother Earth, Archetypal, self-mothering.

In our time together in community, we will: weave sacred space, set intentions, explore a movement lexicon, embark on an ecstatic dance journey through curated music intended to facilitate a journey inwards. As we land back, we will experience connection to each other, and a closing circle.

Ecstatic Dance is a beautiful way to:
*tone your nervous system
*process life events/thoughts/emotions
*explore your body/mind/thoughts/emotions beyond the constructs of "everyday consciousness"
*free your spirit
*return to your natural state of openness
*connect deeper with others/community

We will flow through opening ceremony (face painting optional), movement lexicon, dance, connection, closing ceremony.
*Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a water bottle.

*$20 Energetic Exchange: to cover Goodall Gallery dance space and honor Suzy’s time in curating a playlist and facilitating community and space holding.
