"Autumn's leaves are nature's way of showing us how beautiful it is to let go."As we move towards the last quarter of the year, it is the perfect time to reflect, celebrate, and release what no longer serves us--perhaps there are emotions to be released, or dreams, or relationships, or thoughts of the past and future. Let us do so with grace and gratitude.
Incorporating grace into our everyday lives can be one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. Let us practice invoking the energy of grace and letting go in this Ecstatic Dance Journey: Gracefully Falling.
Ecstatic Dance is a beautiful way to:
*tone your nervous system
*process life events/thoughts/emotions
*explore your body/mind/thoughts/emotions beyond the constructs of "everyday consciousness"
*free your spirit
*return to your natural state of openness
*connect deeper with others/community
We will flow through opening ceremony (face painting optional), movement lexicon, dance, connection, closing ceremony.
*Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a water bottle.
