Join us for a wonder-filled soulful journey of free-form dance, blissful beats and movement expression through wireless headphones & a live Dj!
Only 28 headphones are available - First Come First Served.
Please arrive between 17:30 & 17:45 to get your headphones and be part of the opening circle at 18:00.
Please don't arrive late... it disrupts the energy and dancer's processes.

Why Headphones?
The use of wireless headphones creates a cocoon of safety and security where you feel submerged in your own experience, where there is no need to talk and you are free to communicate through your body and essence, and at the same time share the experience with others.
Wireless headphones also minimises noise pollution.
You control the volume... you control your experience.
What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, abandon themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy, with the intention of creating a HEALING journey.
Dancers feel connected to others, and to their own emotions.
In Ecstatic Dance there are no observers, judgements, posturing, attitudes, conversations, shoes, alcohol, fragrances or smoke.
This is a space where everyone can feel spontaneously safe to try new things and push their edges.
This is the dance you dance when nobody is watching, allowing your body to move freely without judgments or concerns for the "grace" or beauty of the dance, just getting lost in the dance into a space of no-mind. Ecstatic Dance is healing.
Ecstatic Dance is essentially non-contact, and we ask dancers to respect each other's space. We may however provide guidance to safe-touch during the dance, but it's your choice... nothing is required or forced.
