During a dance circle participants will come together, set an intention and journey inward through their dance to find any energies that need to be released through the movement. Energy releases can range from laughter, stomping, or even crying. Dance can also help us step outside of our usual comfort zones and into another world of wonder reconnecting ourselves with our bodies and how multifaceted they can be! Casey Diblasi leads this sacred safe space for everyone to come and experience Ecstatic dance!
