This is a guided, music-driven movement experience where you are invited to move your body in whatever way feels natural, expressive, or freeing—supported by rhythm, intention, and community.

Under the energy of the Full Moon and the bold momentum of the Year of the Fire Horse, we gather to release stress, reconnect with ourselves, and move together in a respectful, welcoming space.

🌕 What Is Ecstatic Dance?

Ecstatic Dance is a substance-free, consent-based movement journey. The music builds from grounded and tribal into expressive, high-energy release, then gently returns to stillness and integration.

You may experience:

• Emotional release and stress reduction
• Increased body awareness and presence
• A sense of connection—without needing to talk
• The freedom to move without judgment
