Dancing barefoot, in silence and embracing each other in the dance. Feeling free to connect or dancing alone whenever you want. No shoes, No words, No judgments, only respect and freedom.
It is a safe space where you are invited to let go of expectations and to immerse yourself in a journey through your dancing mind, body, heart and soul.

On the decks or on the dance floor, for Ben Pavlidis it is all about movement and music - Shut up and Dance – .
Born half Greek half German in 1977 he grew up in West-Berlin and the city fed him with all kinds of urban youth cultures: Punk, HipHop, Bassmusic club-culture, and of course Techno.
Ben Pavlidis is a songwriter, producer, vocalist, DJ and also known as rapper from the berlin band Ohrbooten.
He became part of the Ecstatic Dance Community in 2016. And is Co-founder of Ecstatic dance Potsdam , Tanzen3000 / ED-Festival Germany / ED-Festival Goa /
Body love ).
Ben also is a mover, his background is based in Qi Gong, Capoeira, Contact Improv, and most recently Wind style. In 2021 he started “Radikal Flow” where he’s exhaling movement practices and mindsets to put you in a flow state.

In the last 20 years Ben has entered the spaces of flow mainly in freestyle rap and most recently, for six years also in movement and dancing. He collected a toolbox to trigger, flow states in movement.
Beeing in flow is much more than improvisation or skills!
to be in flow is something we all know the feeling when time disappears and complete focus on what we do
we are 100 % present.
in a flow state our brain delivers a unique hormone cocktail that influences our whole nervous system.
flow makes happy, gives us power, drive, strength and optimised performance.
Flow is happening in daily live without recognition while: doing work out, cooking, writing an email, dancing or just having a good conversation.

Nacido en 1977, con sangre griega y alemana, creció en Berlín Oeste donde la ciudad le alimentó con todo tipo de culturas juveniles urbanas: Punk, HipHop, Bassmusic club-culture, y por supuesto Techno.
Ben Pavlidis es compositor, productor, vocalista, DJ y también muy reconocido como rapero del grupo berlinés Ohrbooten.
Entró a formar parte de la comunidad Ecstatic Dance en 2016. Ben es cofundador de Ecstatic dance Potsdam , Tanzen3000 / ED-Festival Germany / ED-Festival Goa /

En los últimos 20 años Ben se ha adentrado en los espacios del flow principalmente en el rap freestyle y más recientemente, desde hace seis años también en el movimiento y la danza. De este modo, ha reunido una caja de herramientas para desencadenar estados de flujo en movimiento.
¡Estar en flow es mucho más que improvisación o habilidades!
Todos conocemos la sensación de fluir cuando el tiempo desaparece y nos centramos por completo en lo que hacemos, estamos presentes al 100.
En un estado de flujo nuestro cerebro libera un cóctel hormonal único que influye en todo nuestro sistema nervioso.
Fluir nos hace felices, nos da poder, impulso, fuerza y un rendimiento optimizado.
El flujo ocurre en la vida diaria sin que nos demos cuenta mientras hacemos ejercicio, cocinamos, escribimos un correo electrónico, bailamos o simplemente mantenemos una buena conversación.
