Description:Animal forms are a natural movement practice based on our furry and feathered friends. Play with us and learn to walk like a deer, lope like an otter, or scamper around as a raccoon!
We are all relatives on this earth and our fellow animals have so much they can show us with their movement. This is a workshop to practice loving your animal body and to move in imaginative ways. All experience levels welcome.
