Doors open at 10am to meditate, create space, stretch... we start in with movement at 10:30am. Our theme is “ONE”The dances are professionally deejayed by Kat and mixed on the spot with the energy of the group. Music is set in a traditional wave format with a dynamic mix of world beats, chill, house, club, conscious music and instrumental. .
This is a mindful focused practice and a sacred space. Some join in for the exercise, the expression, as a spiritual experience, the play or to simply explore and see what it feels like....it is all held with respect and love. Join us thru zoom. If you enjoy the experience and have the financial means your donation is greatly appreciated, links below to pay thru PayPal or Venmo. A donation of $10 is recommended if possible, though no one is turned away. You can donate less /more with what works.
