• Tim & Carly will guide you through a
special Contact Improv class for all levels before dance begins.
•David Wieber will teach a yoga class upstairs for all levels. This will be held upstairs.
• Nikki Fellows will close us out with a soundbath.
•Cacao* served by Humble Heart Cacao
•A nourishing meal will be provided by Fran.

DJ5D has his roots in the Seattle Rave scene, creating and performing live electronic dance music. In 2016 he rediscovered his soul tribe in the form of Ecstatic Dance! DJ5D refers to fifth dimensional consciousness, the New Earth, where the basis of all beings is Divine, unconditional love. Every set is done with the intention to facilitate the Great Awakening of Human consciousness that takes us to this new level.

Ecstatic Dance is a community event where: Freeform dance is practiced to break free of limitations, to feel seen, and be held in a safe container with like minded individuals. Come to activate, express, and energize your soul body.

* BE PRESENT (leave your phones & cameras off the dance floor)
* EMBODIMENT (talk free zone)
* CLEAR MIND (Sober & Substance free)
* BE CONSENSUAL (make eye contact and CONFIRM a “YES”, respect others space, hands at heart or looking away means “NO THANK YOU”
* GROUNDING (no street shoes, dance shoes are allowed)
* SCENT FREE (no burning or strong perfumes/smells)
* BE FREE. DANCE HOW YOU WANT. NO JUDGEMENT.
