For a full day of offerings; Ecstatic Dance featuring Dj The Golden Glow ✨
•Kayla Rose will teach a beautiful yoga class called, Sacred Yogic Arts, this will be a beautiful way to drop in and ground in before the dance begins.
•Light Language will close us out with a beautiful sound journey.
•A nourishing meal will be provided by Cynthia.
•Humble Heart Cacao will provide cups of delicious heart activating chocolate drink.
Sunday Ecstatic Dance Schedule:
11am Sacred Yogic Arts Yoga Class
12pm Opening Circle - We encourage new comers to attend opening circle
12:15pm Ecstatic Dance
2:15pm Closing Sound Journey
3-4pm Meal* & Connection ??

Ecstatic Dance is a community event where: Freeform dance is practiced to break free of limitations, to feel seen, and be held in a safe container with like minded individuals. Come to activate, express, and energize your soul body.
?? Ecstatic Dance Guidelines ??
* BE PRESENT (leave your phones & cameras off the dance floor)
* EMBODIMENT (talk free zone)
* CLEAR MIND (Sober & Substance free)
* BE CONSENSUAL (make eye contact and CONFIRM a “YES”, respect others space, hands at heart or looking away means “NO THANK YOU”
* GROUNDING (no street shoes, dance shoes are allowed)
* SCENT FREE (no burning or strong perfumes/smells)
* BE FREE. DANCE HOW YOU WANT. NO JUDGEMENT.

$20 E-dance (Kids $5)
