Ecstatic Dance (Freeform Intuitive Movement) & Vocal/acoustic Soundbath

The DANCE

Free Form Intuitive Movement is ECSTATIC DANCE. This embodied musical journey, led by our DJ, Deep Earth, will invite you to drop down into yourself and let the music move you as we experience joy, connection, freedom and healing. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or new to the ecstatic dance scene, we welcome everyone to come celebrate life and movement. Move in whatever way feels good to you; dancing solo within your own internal sacred space, just find your own space of stillenss, or move with others in collaborative dance, all is equally welcome.

We begin with an opening circule invitation to feel the supportive ground under your body and begin to move from there. After 90 minutes, we end by returning to the ground, allowing ourselves to "bathe & bask" in the experience while taking in the Soundbath.

Isabella Pabón will be guiding us through an ancestral grounding sound ceremony connecting us to our parasympathetic nervous system and perhaps leaving us floating in the bliss of our after-dance experience.
