Step into a powerful, uplifting experience designed to help you release negative energy, reconnect with your body, and feel fully alive again.

Our Ecstatic Dance Experience at Gong Space is a free-flow movement session—there’s no choreography, no pressure, and no judgement. Just space for you to move in a way that feels natural, intuitive, and freeing.

Guided by a carefully curated soundtrack of tribal rhythms and afro house beats, this session is designed to help you shake off tension, shift stagnant energy, and reconnect with your natural flow.

You don’t need to know how to dance.

You just need to be willing to move.

As the energy builds, many experience a sense of release, physically, emotionally, and energetically—leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more energised.

The session will be led by Ash, who will gently guide the space to ensure a safe, supportive, and immersive experience throughout.

As the music softens, we’ll transition into a short, grounding meditation, allowing the body and mind to integrate the experience, bringing you back into stillness, calm, and balance.
