Ecstatic Dance Evolved is a transformative movement experience guided by Mr. Ede, designed to connect you with rhythm, music, and your inner flow.
Set inside The Congregation, a restored historic church in Detroit’s Boston–Edison neighborhood, this gathering unfolds in a space built for reflection, expression, and community. No choreography. No pressure. Just movement, music, and presence.
No dance experience required.
All bodies. All rhythms. All welcome.
The Movement Journey
This experience blends guided cues with open, free-flow movement, allowing you to:
- Move freely or mirror others
- Explore rhythm at your own pace
- Connect with the beat, even while learning to find it
- Drop in, expand, and return to center
We begin by gently warming the body and close by grounding back into stillness.
