Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement practice set to a curated DJ journey. There's nothing to learn and no right way to move. The music carries you. You come back to your body. You move how it feels good.Come move. Express. Drop in. Reset.
THE FLOW
7:00 — Doors open · quiet warmup music
7:30 — Main DJ set begins
8:00 — Doors close
9:10 — Closing circle
9:30 — Dance ends

OUR AGREEMENTS
· Sober — drug- and alcohol-free attendance
· Unscented — come fresh, no perfume, cologne, or essential oils
· No talking on the dance floor (except for safety and consent)
· Phones off · no photos or video
· Barefoot or socks only
· All tops on · all bodies, all genders welcome
· Consent in contact · every dancer has the right to dance alone
