Ecstatic dance offers numerous benefits, including improved mood, stress reduction, and enhanced physical and emotional well-being.
It's a form of movement meditation that encourages participants to connect with their bodies, emotions, and the present moment.
By moving freely to music, individuals can release tension, boost endorphins, and experience a sense of connection and joy.
Bring water, flow toys, and wear clothes you can move freely in!
Cost: $15 but no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
Tamra Rae of Lightsteps will be the host of this dance. She combines her experience in energy work, sound healing and somatic practices to hold space for the participants as they take a musical journey in and out of body. Tamra has been holding Somatic, Ecstatic and Divine Feminine Embodiment dances for over a year with a growing following from the powerful shared experiences.
