Join us as we connect through our Cacao offering by Nadine Trad, followed by a Flow Activation & Ecstatic Dance journey w/ InKa ChaKa & closing our circle with a sound healing journey by Nour Montasser.

☼ Arrive timely so we all receive the most out of the experience.
☼ Do not eat at least 3 hours before the ceremony with Cacao.
☼ Avoid coffee/ energy drinks on the day of the cacao.
☼ Comfortable clothes for dancing is ideal.
☼ Bring full water bottle and light snack for energy.
☼ We dance barefoot.
☼ Smoke & Alcohol-free environment.
☼ Conversation & cellphone use outside the dance space.
☼ Respect yourself and one another.
☼ Move your body however you wish.
