Our next Ecstatic Dance Camp at Rhythm Rituals is July 20th - 21st. Delicious food by @chelseaskarmickitchen, massage therapy, reiki, breathwork, yoga, and Ecstatic Dance with the amazing DJ Sub Rosa will be provided! July 20th - 10am - Unwind the body & the mind. Yoga Flow w/ Molly Gene 🙆♀️ 🙆♂️
11am - Intro to mission statements 📖 🖊️
Noon - lunch 🥗
1-3:30pm - Just be time. Meditation, work on mission statements, book a massage, set up camp ⛺️ 🧘♀️ 🌳
4pm - breathwork session with Savannah Freemyer @iam_savannahrose_ 🌬️
5-6:30pm - Group share, heart to heart connection. 🤲
7pm dinner 🍲
8-10pm - Ecstatic Dance with the amazing DJ Sub Rosa! 💃 🕺
July 21st- 10 AM - yin yoga and sound healing with Molly Gene
